Testing centre are open from 7am-7pm for people who live and work in Medway with no Covid-19 symptoms to drop in for a 'lateral flow' test without an appointment. These symptoms are a high temperature, a new continuous cough, and loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

If you are a key worker and you have symptoms of COVID-19, then you may be able to book a swab test with us. If you do not qualify for a swab test on this site then you should consider using the national testing service.

Certain key workers are able to have an antibody test in order to determine whether they have had COVID-19.

If you have been requested by a doctor to have a test for COVID-19 even if you do not have symptoms, then you should book your test here. You will have been told the reason why you are having the test, or a programme that you are part of. If you are not sure, please contact the person who referred you.

An account allows you to access our services more easily; you do not have to give us all your details each time you have a blood test for example.

If you are a NHS key worker, you may apply for a COVID-19 Lateral Flow Testing kit. You must register for an account first.
With effect from 5 July you need to order your tests online from:

A box of seven tests will be posted to your home.
Please input the postcode of your workplace when ordering, to ensure the tests are registered as belonging to an NHS member of staff.
You will be able to continue to submit your test results on the Trust website.
